Dashboards

Worked directly with the president of the company (high end bakery with multiple locations) to build executive dashboards on multiple store sales along with salary costs. Dashboard was built on Qlik Cloud and backend/datapipeline was developed from scratch.

Additional pricing analysis and bundling analysis was propoesd to increase revenue per store and per transaction. 

Working closely with the operations team on getting POS data and HR data to optimize for capacity.
