Business intelligence project for a surgery AI company focusing on surgery, product usage and case kpis working with data architecture and product team. Our team was able to connect to clients existing data schema and data warehouse which were built by our team on a previous engagement and use that information to create and upgrade the business intelligence reporting that is being sent to client on a real-time basis. We have to ensure information was correct from the language standpoint as well. Provided recommendation on visualization and kpis that might be useful for their clients. Built the business intelligence in a modular way so that different kpi and visualization components can be reduced for future reporting as well
