A first of its kind co-living apartment suite was going on market in a major city. Our team helped the investor and property management team develop a go to market revenue management strategy.
Working in combination with the marketing and incentives strategy, pricing and velocity planning was created. Then using a dynamic pricing algorith, our team provided adjustments to both suite and floor level pricing recommendations, as well as pace based pricing adjustments.
