Working with the investor, our team was tasked to provide analyics and improvements to the overall performance of the luxury senior living asset. 

Revenue management and dynamic pricing:

Analyzed current and historical data to provide pricing recommendations based on market trends, bundling, services offered. An algorithm was created custom for pricing suites dynamically. This leads to better pricing and occupancy performance.

Operations dashboard:

Created a custom data intake for the management team to provide daily updates to the investor. Metrics include turnover, medical alerts, falls, food and beverage performance and activity participation. This was done on Qlik Sense.

Leasing dashboard:

Using Yardi Data Connect, we provide leasing and turnover data on a daily basis that connected directly with the property management system. 

Finance report:

Aided the general manager in financial reporting for the executive team. 

POS Migration Project:

Working with the Director of Food Services and the chef onsite, we led the vendor selection process for a new Point of Sales system. We helped collect requirements, facilitated vendor presentations and made recommendations for the utlimate selection of the vendor. we then help facilitate the implementation and set up on the data and process side.
